Nino Negri is the unique expression of its terroir, from which it draws the inspiration for each of its wines, including this aptly named passito, with a pervasive nose and a concentrated, plush palate.
Golden yellow, complex and pronounced bouquet with aromatic notes reminiscent of musk and honey, hints of apricot due to Botrytis, lemon, orange blossom and hints of herbs alpine. In the mouth it is sweet and well balanced by acidity that gives great balance. High intensity of tropical fruit with a long persistence.
A vino da meditazione, but also the ideal accompaniment to biscuits, tarts, and strongly flavoured cheeses.
