THE ENDURING MARK LEFT BY OUR LAND.

Within the space of a few kilometres, the territory of the Valtellina changes infinite times, lives through diverse seasons and contrasting climatic conditions. The Nebbiolo produced in our winery is nothing but the truthful and honest story of all this.

Nebbiolo, a grape grown in few places of the world, which acquires and faithfully passes on the taste of the land where it found its home; this variety has adapted and evolved over the course of centuries in the Valtellina, to the point of assuming its own precise personality and name: Chiavennasca.

You will find in our lines the clear mark of mountain winemaking and the typical characteristics of the Valtellina.

SFORZATO DI VALTELLINA DOCG

Produced only in excellent seasonal conditions, it is special not only because of the quality of Nebbiolo, the training and picking methods, but also because of the production process itself, which involves natural drying of the grapes for around three months before vinification.
